    Dr. Merve Kaya

Dr. rer. nat., Dipl.-Ing. Agr. Germany

A scientist, innovator, and advocate for sustainable food systems and agricultural biotechnology. With over 20 years of international experience across Europe, I work at the intersection of science, innovation, and strategic business development in the agri-food sector.
My background combines deep scientific expertise with hands-on industry insight. I’ve contributed to projects in plant biochemistry, the circular bioeconomy, and biostimulants, and have authored more than 20 scientific publications. In parallel, I’ve led international business development initiatives within the biostimulant industry.
Today, my focus is on building meaningful connections between academia, industry, and policy to help shape a regenerative, climate-resilient agri-food future.
Let’s connect — and grow something impactful together.
